alright hey, im roughly 5'11", and 6' with shox on (dont matter lol)
my weight is just under 200lbs, and its all flabb. im on this diet thats called Dr. Bernstein and i been on it since january 27th, and its a rapid weight loss diet, and when i started i weighed 246, and but april 20th i was down to 205. ever since ive been cheating the diet and been gaining and losing weight and im having a hard time, right now my max out is nothing haha, about 130 is my bench max. well yeah im realllyy flabby now that i have lossed almost 50 pounds, and i got a friend john who is obssessed with lifting weights so yeah me n him been working out alot lately. now i know your body needs protein to rebuild your muscles correct? and on my diet, im allowed only 3 proteins a day, no sugar, and theres certain fruits i can/cannot eat. a protein is = to 3 1/2 oz meat or fish, and i wanna try to stick to my diet but start using protein for when i work out. you think cell mass or nitro tech will throw me off my diet? and do you think that those 2 proteins are too much for me? i just turned 15 on july 10th, and again im pretty much 6' weighing under 200 pounds and im weak as hell

i get 3 proteins a day, 2 fruits one jello and yeah pretty much every fattening thing like rice is off-diet, umm i get to eat steak but only 3 1/2 oz once a week, even though i break that part. yeah so no sugar or starches, then i cant eat sugar fruits like honey-dew, or papaya or mangos or bananas, then i take 2 petacium pills 2 times a day bcz my petacium drops, then i take 2 vitamins a day. then get a shot for something i dont know what but it kinda puts off my hunger pretty much.
 
i was just doing some reading and yeah i guess i cant just take cell mass or nitro-tech, i have to buy 2 or 3 other supplements for before workout and such?

i dont really know much about the diet but from what it sound like i'd get another one more suited for weight lifting and start lifting..

Listen man IDK what that diet is but it cannot be healthy. You get a shot? Seriously a diet that involves a shot? I'm out.
 
You need more than "3 protiens a day" and a supplement isn't going to do much if your diet isn't good. And from what you just described to me, it isn't.

Who gave you this diet?? the only one that could prescribe you an injection is an endocrinologist and because he'd have diagnosed anxiety problems or sugar synthesis issues.

If you read about this on the web or a friend told you to do that STOP!

If a nutritionist gave you this diet ask her what that shot is, she might as well be giving you placebo and charging you 600bucks for it

yeah i thought it was crazy at first, but then when i decided to try it for about a week, i lossed 4 pounds in the first 5 days. the diet is complicated and only the doctor can explain it. but yeah the shot is like just controls your hunger. its not injected into my arm its in my stomach. umm i dunno what else about this.

thats the diet. but yeah ive been lifting for a little bit but ive been slowing down on going to the gym bcz id get too sore to even lift anything. so now ima hit the protein. yeah screw the diet for now but yeah protein, so if i get cell mass or nitrotech, ima have to to buy nitrix and no-xplode? im getting confused because i reading a topic on cell mass. but i really just wanna buy one supplement and use it by directions or by the best way, if thats possible.

Look man as long as you're diet is making you lose 4-5 lbs a week you're going to be losing more muscle than fat. Trust me I know from experience. You need to stop this. Your metabolism will slow to nothing if you dont.

With your diet looking like it does, you could buy some cell mass or you could simply wipe your butt with twenties and flush them. With a diet like that its the same thing. Trust me man. Read the link I gave you up there, it will give you everything you need. And it will tell you how to do it in a healthy way!

alright so yeah i think im done with the diet now. haha but yeah thanks chris ima save that link, ima go by that now. ima pretty satisfied with my weight compared to what it used to be, and yeah i can still lose weight with this link. well yeah thanks again.
 
can anyone explain the protein though, i wanna start taking some but im not sure what im reallyyy exposed to do. im kinda looking to buy one supplement, and helps tightness of muscles or helps relief during/after every workout.

WoW 5 pounds a weak of weight loss is bad.  No wonder you are weak. change your diet immediately before you lose any more muscle!

Protien comes in food form. And its better to get your P from food sources. Try some chicken breast, tuna, salmon, beef, anything with protien.

You dont need any supplements what a protien supplement is good for is a post work out drink and/or if you have trouble eating another meal throughout the day or just cant seem to get those last few grams in with your diet.

And I dont care how bright and shiny the container is the most important things in chosing a supplement are the ingrediants(sp its 2:30). You could drop the money to get "advanced tech." or you could drop a whole lot less and get a product that has the same main ingrediant(sp I cant freakin spell that word for the life of me) for a fraction of the price. If I were you I would go to walmart. Its the same stuff!

On a side note, this past year I used body fortress creatine. Its main ing. Cre Mono. A guy that lived down my hall came in my room (uninvieted) during a colts game. He told me about how he was majoring in nutrition and he wanted to be a personal trainer, he had some cert... IDK what it was. Anyway he picked up my BF Cre, laughed, and said "you actually use this stuff" and I said "yeah, what do you use?" he told me. "whats the main ingrediant(thats so wrong its disgusting)?"  "Cre." he told me. I said "really well I spent $12 on that, and it has the same main ingre." He put down my bottle and left the room.
I later saw him excited that he was declin benching 250. A week later I saw him dead lifting what I powerclean. I asked him if he was done, he said he was. He then told me to use proper form on my DL. I told him I was power cleaning it. He walked away once again.

seems like he is talking about chrissheperd who is damn strong if he is laughing about a guy declining 250 and he is cleaning what a guy is deadlifting??thats not weak at all and i've found chris know's what he is talking about..so please know what you talking about before you start calling people weak/uninformed.

But I'm not that strong. I was powercleaing about 265 this past year training for cheerleading. So its not like I'm an olympian. And the guy was pretty weak everywhere but his bench, which for his weight was decent. And there are people that know a lot more than I do.

IDK if he was talking about me, but if he was screw em. If not thats cool too. I'm not going to sweat it.
