everyone sais im losing muscle, but on the diet they check if your burning muscle or fat through your piss and if your on diet you dont lose muscle. but yeah im done with it. i lossed enough weight. now i just wanna find out whats the deal with the protein
pretty sure(almost 187%) a pee test cant test your BF.
Protien comes in food form. And its better to get your P from food sources. Try some chicken breast, tuna, salmon, beef, anything with protien.
You dont
need any supplements what a protien supplement is good for is a post work out drink and/or if you have trouble eating another meal throughout the day or just cant seem to get those last few grams in with your diet.
And I dont care how bright and shiny the container is the most important things in chosing a supplement are the ingrediants(sp its 2:30). You could drop the money to get "advanced tech." or you could drop a whole lot less and get a product that has the same main ingrediant(sp I cant freakin spell that word for the life of me) for a fraction of the price. If I were you I would go to walmart. Its the same stuff!
On a side note, this past year I used body fortress creatine. Its main ing. Cre Mono. A guy that lived down my hall came in my room (uninvieted) during a colts game. He told me about how he was majoring in nutrition and he wanted to be a personal trainer, he had some cert... IDK what it was. Anyway he picked up my BF Cre, laughed, and said "you actually use this stuff" and I said "yeah, what do you use?" he told me. "whats the main ingrediant(thats so wrong its disgusting)?" "Cre." he told me. I said "really well I spent $12 on that, and it has the same main ingre." He put down my bottle and left the room.
I later saw him excited that he was declin benching 250. A week later I saw him dead lifting what I powerclean. I asked him if he was done, he said he was. He then told me to use proper form on my DL. I told him I was power cleaning it. He walked away once again.
