hmmm.. maybe throw a few sets of deadlifts in there somewhere. and your biceps look fairly large from ur pic. hard to really tell. but if you want a more FULL, ROUND looking bicep.. work the bicep brachiallis by doing hammer curls, and also reverse grip bicep curls (with a lower amount of weight. i loved doing these at the very end of my bicep workout when i did isolations b/c it just murdered them) oh.. and while i'm thinking about it. have you ever heard of arnolds? works the front and the rear delts real nicely. i love em'. good shoulder exercise to throw in once in a while.

oh yeah dude, i see guys doing that at the gym all the time, never really done that myself. my problem is that my butt seems to slide forward in the seat sometimes. my shoulders are my biggest concern right now. i need to kind of bulk them out before my competition. my traps are doing great, but shoulders need work. preciate it

boomersooner1331, you should drop so many isolations and do more compound lifts like hang clean and press and things like that, theyll build you up nice. but thats from a powerlifting point of view
Lift Big or don't lift at ALL R.I.P Big Daddy: 1945-2005 Maxes: Squat:430 Bench:320 Deadlift:550
