Complete guess on my part: Let's see if the guys say....12 to 14%.
I have no clue (I have more bf than you, but mine like yours is all love handles and pooch right?).
What are your goals? I'm guessing you're an ecto with good genetics. You could probably look beast as they say. Good workin' out! :)

thanks man and ya all the fat i got is love handles and stomac area, and my goals, to look like a beast wanna lose my stomac and get a 8 pack, i got a 8 pack just the fat is covering it

Yeah id say about 12-14 too.

You should post your workout routine, diet, and stats (age, height, weight, measurements) in the Critique My Routine forum. Think that's what it's called. In my opinion you need to bulk and not worry about losing the handles/pooch for now. All in due time. You need to put some muscle on as Step 1. Assuming that's the route you want to go. I'm seeing plenty of potential here! :)

haha why dont you just invest in a caliper they are like 10-20 bucks and are decent accuracy if you use the 7-9 point equation

The mirror tells you all you need to know, imo. I don't understand the obsession with the number. It's interesting for comparison purposes, however, for before and after progress, and for comparing different people, assuming they carrry their fat in similar places.

but they dont tell you much either, at least not in a visual sense.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Fat is definitely concentrated in the ab area.
If you want abs, are you doing something about it now? What kind of exercises are you doing and how is your diet?
