For straight up weight gainer powder, I like ON Pro Complex gainer (650 calories, 8g fat, 85g carbs (6g sugar), 60g protein). Cytogainer is another one that is well liked. Both are relatively low in sugars compared to a lot of the other powders. Although, there is no substitute for real food to gain good weight. Whole milk is great for getting a lot of calories and protein, I down almost a gallon a day. Homemade shakes are the bomb though. They are usually cheaper, and you can mix and match stuff to get the flavor you like. My favorite is: 2 cups whole milk 1 scoop of ON vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 medium banana (sliced up and frozen) 2 tbsp cocoa mix 1 tbsp flax oil handfull of ice cubes That one is 850 calories, 49g fat, 65g carbs, and 51g protein. Most of the fat is good fat from the flax oil and the peanut butter, but if you don't like that much you could use skim or 2% milk.

Buy the small one and see if you think it works for you. It is a solid product at a good price.

Or if your going expensive look at BSN :D I would say ON is awesome for their size in name and products but they keep the price down.

i personally wouldnt go with anything other than krealkalyn, or creatine ethyl as far as creatine goes. thats just me, but i personally for sure would not go with creatine monohydrate, just cuz it makes me retain water, and does make me cramp up a bit. as far as weight gainer, the cheapest way to go imo is to not buy weight gainer powders but to just make your own shakes. its cheaper just to buy protein, and quick oats or some fruit and mix it up in a blender with milk. Also this way you control what goes into the shake, as far as calories. you might even look into some waxy maize, im takin some right now and i love it. You can shopgoogle it on google and that way you can find the best price on the web
