can machine flys help to increase my bench, or am i wasting my time and should stck with flat bench.
age- 16
height- 6'0
weight-220
bench-260
deadlift-315x7
%bf- bulking so prolly alot
arms- 17
chest- 48 inches
shoulders- 53 inches
neck- 16.5

Alternating exercises is always good. However Flys are a bodybuilding exercise. To break a platue you can do what westside does alot. Which is if your problem lies in locking out then you do blocks working your upper half of the bench movement. Then if its your lower half you perform lower 1/2s. Then you could always change up your workout routine, reps, sets, and rest in between sets.
