ORIGINAL: Reznor44

If I could bench 500, I'd call it a quarter ton not 500 lbs.

I think that's whatt I'd say too.
If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right

heh, that would sound like a whole lot more....not that 500 doesnt sound like that much.

But the good news is I put up 455 with ease this past saturday. My coach says I should be at 5 bills by july sometime.

i did it with a shirt, but I mean still its good.

Imma 5x5 and 8x3 kinda guy. I love lotsa volume in my workouts in the off season or when I am more then 7 weeks away from a meet. So I guess u could say I am 8x3 kinda guy like 7-8 weeks out from a meet. Then like 5x5, 5x6 type of guy when I am training RAW more then 7-8 weeks out.

3 people can bench 500?! Geez you guys are strong!

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"
