wut would the limit on cals be in a day? like say u had 5000-6000 a day? would that be really unhealthy? im just wondering :)

dumbell curl:60lbs max
Bench:180lbs(max) sets with 135
Barbell:120lbs(max not sets) sets with 100

I did hit nearly 8000 once...but only once...and was sick...LOL....
 
I got fed up of being thin so took the piss and stuffed myself beyond anything
 
in theory as long as you burn it all off-it wont affect you, apart from you being on the toilet all night and next morning
 
Depends also on your size, 5000-6000 calories is probably not much energy for some 8ft 600lbs bodybuilder...who doesnt exist btw lol...
 
everyones bodies are different, from your height and weight i would say 6000 calories is definately too much-unless you have a really fast metabolism, in which case go ahead, eat 6000 calories worth in a day...which is VERY hard...

with doing weights, i would say around 3000 yes, if you dont see any difference in bigness bump it up to 3500, and so on until it starts working.
Dont forget that calories arent everything, you need protein levels etc too, but i know youre fine with nutrition so you already knew that
