Yeah, alot of sexually inactive girls still take the pill cause it regulates a bunch of other feminine stuff (to keep the wording simple haha)

But whatever it is I would still go to the doctor.
You want to get the right birth control to regulate all or any of the girly stuff.

Vitamins/pre-natal are not big deal. I take one or the other. Right now I take a multiv

I would not buy anything that said estrogen supplement w/o talking to my doctor.

still wondering how u would know she is low? the only person that can tell me is a doctor. I guess there could be some physical signs of low estrogen or too much testro.

the way he knows is due to the fact that she doesn't cry anymore,  and refuses to talk about emotions.    she's mainly concerned with powersquatting 300 pounds and loves to eat peanut butter.   <-- estrogen is definately low if you're acting like that

I woulld not mess with hormone, let the doctor test her and then you will know, if she was low in estrogen she would in turn be higher in test and would grow muscle like nothing, but you cojuld tell by other signs......but its not for you to say.  And if she isn ot and you give her an esrogen supp and she does not need it, she will get weight gain and who knows what else......don't mess with hormones unless you have dr. before your name and even then, you dno't treat family or gf.
