hello, i have a calf imbalance which i'd like to correct. i'd really appriciate some sort of programme. I have a Body-tek Sports Pro which I've been strapping onto my calf this last week. I can really feel it for the next 24 hours and it really stiffens up so I've been doing stretches frequently. Do you reccommend this sort of programme?
