Heres one of those Ideas that I usually dismiss. I think we could have a "contest" to see who can make the best business card.

The card(s) could be posted at gyms or other places. It would definately increase the amount of users.

Good one. I'll think about this as well. Having a nice card around with kudos to the designer and maybe a little something-something certainly would benefit both parties. Smile

OK... I was a little bored today, so I decided to throw together a pretty basic business card for the site. Lemme know if you like it.

Not to rain on the parade, but Mind and Muscle is a trademarked e-zine.

Technically that's true.. a copyright can be a word, a phrase, an image or a combination of words that signifiys a brand or name.. AvantLabs does use Mind and Muscle as their ezine.

If I put up a meet singles in your area forum.. then could it be Mind and Love Muscle? Smile

What else could that phrase be?

I thought it sounded awfully familiar, I just couldn't place it with anything. No biggie -- the card has been changed above. You may need to clear your browser's cache or just force a page reload to see the new version.

Okay.. here's what I've got on iPrint at the moment.

If you can tell me which fonts you used for the text, maybe I can get close to matching it on their service.

The "Don't just talk smack" line is done in Optima 18pt, and the two lines at the bottom are Copperplate Bold 10pt.

And Misanthropy, I sure like your card, but I'm working out to *get rid* of my boobies!

Humm.. those fonts aren't in iprint.com

However, I e-mailed thier customer service as they claim they may add more in the future.

Still.. looks pretty good no?

"Where Mind and Muscle Come Together"

But Mind and Muscle is the name of AvantLab's ezine. It may have been confusing. I think it's fine now.

A good business card plain and simple should get people flowing in. Make it interesting.
