If you do a search you'll see that you can spot reduce fat from your body. It doesn't work. But if you eat about 500 fewer cals than you should a day and you do plenty of cardio you should be fine. You'll lose fat all over your body not just from around your belly. I have noticed though that if your young(which IDK I cant see you) building up your abs will help you look like you've lost more fat. Just do cardio, the stair machine, elipticals, treadmills, ride your bike, run, anything really.

yea i agree with chris. you cant spot reduce you just have to lose the fat all around. just keep up what your doing and stay consistent with training but change up your routines roughly every 4 weeks

one pound of fat consists of 3500 calories, make sure to consume 500 calories less everyday, that becomes 3500 calories a week, so with proper diet and exercise you can shed upto 1 pound of fat every week and make sure to include HIIT ( high intensity interval training ) cardio 2-3 days a week, this should set you up.....

i find it way too hard in my case to measure caloric intakes and such because i eat at alot of cafeterias in my university and eat portions of foods like yoghurt/cereal/cottage cheese.. etc and not the whole thing.
