should i do cardio 3 to 4 times a week while im bulking or will it make it so i dont see any gains but i want to keep fat levels down thank you

Its up to you and depends on your needs. If you want to keep bf down, by all means do some cardio. On the other hand, it will impact your gains because you are burning extra calories in the process. Keep a clean diet and throw in some cardio and you should be ok.

iv ur an endomorph or ectomorph then do cardio. if ur ecto than u can but its not necessary

i would say yea because it will keep ur fat down and give u overall health benefits

175lbs at 6'1 you have similar stats to me except I'm an ecto with smaller arms and 17inch arms are huge for your weight and height meh. Oh and Yeah stick with the cardio.

I like to do morning cardio, so it doesn't affect my meals that much, and it taps straight into your fat in the morning so no muscle is lost. Smile

It's good to have cardio in your bulk but a lot of people prefer to keep it to a minimum.
I've been getting into the habit of morning jogging 2-3 times per week, not too intense though, just light jogs.

When cutting comes along, I'll start with cardio at 3 times a week, same level of intensity as I do now, and build up to cardio almost every day, varying levels of intensity. Progression is the key. :)

Might be a bit off-topic but no harm in a little education.

yea, thats a very important thing for every1 to remember. probablly one of the most important aspects of bodybuilding results.

i read that your body has to a certain temperature to start burning fat hence the name thermogenics so i wouldnt want to risk jogging in the morning and losing muscle for the first 20 minutes and then start losing fat its a big disputed myth i just want to know the truth
