BE CAREFULL! I have a similar situation, and also decided to clean up my diet & do some extra cardio. I took hydroxy, clean up the diet somewhat, 30 minutes cardio twice a day for three days, same lifting routines, and got good results in just a week. At the start of the second week, I started having major back pain, went to the doc who feels it is due to over working my body. Now I am forced to chll out for a while, and all I am thinking about now is not only the fat I wanted to loose, but all my muscle gains being lost. My advice >>> take your time, try jsut cleaning up diet first, if you do add more cardio reduce your lifting routine, for example from heavy sets 4x6 to lighter/more rep 4x20.
