Im in a bulking phase right now but still want to lose my gut. i dont have to bad of a stomach. (most ppl think im skinny but i aint happy when my shirt is off). im 6'3 190 lbs.. most ppl say that is skinny. anyway i was thinking about staying with my normal weight lifting routines but just adding hydroxycut hardcore and running a little bit. Any suggestions on any alternatives.

Just do a clean bulk and stay away from the weight loss supplements right now..keep your diet in check. Thats the most important thing to lose weight..not pills.

yea i was thinking that but i dont have a strong will to stay away from junk food. (that bag of chips is looking at me right now) lol ummm what basically are you supposed to eat at night like this if you want a snack?

Fitness is all about will power..i'd say your fist priority should be the will power thing. As for the night snacks, i stick with low carb choices like almonds/any nut, cottage cheese, vegies and the like. Anything low carb.

Not yet..focus on will power and diet then after that when you need to get rid of that last bit..then maybe go for hydroxycut

BE CAREFULL!

I have a similar situation, and also decided to clean up my diet & do some extra cardio.  I took hydroxy, clean up the diet somewhat, 30 minutes cardio twice a day for three days, same lifting routines, and got good results in just a week.  At the start of the second week, I started having major back pain, went to the doc who feels it is due to over working my body.  Now I am forced to chll out for a while, and all I am thinking about now is not only the fat I wanted to loose, but all my muscle gains being lost.  My advice >>> take your time, try jsut cleaning up diet first, if you do add more cardio reduce your lifting routine, for example from heavy sets 4x6 to lighter/more rep 4x20.

thx 00seven.. yeah i work at the beach as a lifeguard and i feel like i got to drop 15-20 or so before the middle of june. i dont kno if hydroxycut would be my last resort to get me there by then  but il try gettin my diet down and doing a little more cardio until the middle of may and if i i havent lost a little wieght then i guess il have no choice but to get the hydroxycut.
