You still look great! If it's size you want then keep bulking otherwise I'd cut now you don't want to get too far down the line. What bodyfat are you in the recent pics?

you may have gone up in calories way too fast. But on the flip side when your bulking you have to expect to gain some fat, and the first place you usually gain it is your stomach.

Whats your diet like? your diet should be similar to your cutting diet, accept more carbs and more calories. You want to gradually increase the calories, You still look good, but I would slow down the calories if you feel the way you do.

There's just not enough information here. What is your diet macronutrient composition, and calorie intake, meal frequency? What is your training like? Cardio?

IBB I am Indian also... and roti is pure carbs. He says he eats 24 rotis in a day that's a ton of carbs. Specially if he's eating 8 in one sitting. Too many carbs for one sitting IMO.

Wow I had no clue, now I know though.  In that case the diet doesn't look that shabby to me.  Some of the meals look a bit small but he isn't as heavy as me..  Also there are a couple meals that are liquid only.  That is a no no in my book, but since he has 8 meals per day it's not a big deal.  I only have 6 meals per day but I load in more food.  I tried the 8 meal, but it seemed as though it caused an increase in my metabolism.

Roti is not bread. Roti and parata are almost the same things.

And he shouldn't stop taking fats..... his test levels will drop.
Just drop calories by 200 or so and see what that does.
Also add cardio.

Why would there be a need to eat 4000 calories if you get the same amount of muscle gain in 3500 with less fat gain.

Bump*

But carbs also spike test levels just as fats do, not sure if you knew that. Although I would never agree with eliminating fats.

No one asked the most important question though? what was his diet like before his bulk? How many total calories was he taking in? What if he is 1,000 + Over his maintenance level before?

Roti is the traditional Indian bread eaten with cooked vegitables. it is most often made from whet flour, cooked on a flat or slightly concave iron griddle called a tawa. Like breads around the world, roti is a staple accompaniment to other foods, maybe spread with ghee (clarified butter).

The oiler one is parata. Naan is thicker but the one in the pic is roti.
