hi i am 15 and i want to build muscle not jus tone up but actua;y build muscle that you can see then i want to cut to lose fat can anyonew help me with wat i can eat to build muscle in minimal time? is there sumthing safe i can take maybe to help since women tgestosterone levels arent very high?
What is your training like? and diet?
