i was wondering if its true that after 12 weeks, i should stop taking the bsn cellmass, NO explode, syntha-6 for about a month to give my body a rest??

Well think about it, ur on this stuff or 3mths and the body will start to adjust and get used to it.READ THE LABELS, and with syntha 6 is ur protein, u dont have to cycle off that. It can be taken constently and consistently.
