Morning: cup of cherios(im gonna experiment with a yogert smoothie! anyone got any good recipies?)
snack: grapes/carrots
lunch: sandwitch, more original cherrios, water, grapes, carrots
snack: apple, grapes
1 more work out
my gym at home:
bike: 20-25 mins at 180-200 heart rate
weights: 20-15 mins
dinner: whatever mom makes (always good for you) + salad(light dressing, crutons just make it that much better)

family going on diet to, but not to my extent.
before i go to bead: grapes, apple
as you can tell i love grapes!
anything i should change? please reply
