weight: 285
height: 6'
body fat: dont know but alot
goals: lose weight mostly; gain muscle, i want my weight to be around 225 but i know thats going to be a long time yet i am going to try. i am going to take pictures and maybe when im done i will upload them!


My diet/execersize plan

wake up call: 5:30

work out till 620
shower
school

Morning: cup of cherios(im gonna experiment with a yogert smoothie! anyone got any good recipies?)

snack: grapes/carrots

lunch: sandwitch, more original cherrios, water, grapes, carrots

snack: apple, grapes

1 more work out
my gym at home:
bike: 20-25 mins at 180-200 heart rate
weights: 20-15 mins

dinner: whatever mom makes (always good for you) + salad(light dressing, crutons just make it that much better) family going on diet to, but not to my extent.

before i go to bead: grapes, apple


as you can tell i love grapes!

anything i should change? please reply

Great first day! Went right as planned... i felt more energized throughout the day


what i ate:
breakfast:
yogert smoothie (mmmm....)
and a cup of original cherrios
lunch:
subway colt cut combo(mmmm...)
serving of grapes and carrots
and 1/2 an orange
dinner:
i am going to fresh choice so big salad maybe a potato, some pasta and.... soup (mmmm.....)
