this has been a problem for the last year. whenever i work out like 4-5 days a week my back and my arms start to break out. theyre like little red unpoppable pimples. whats causing this? is this from sweat or is this something my body naturally produces because of my lifting . btw i dont eat fast food or candy/ice cream so i doubt its my diet and it usually goes away if i sop lifting after a month.
