breakfast - Monday, October 06, 2008 4:20 PM
For my breakfast I usually rush out of my house and someone else cooks it for me so I grab it on the run.

It is:

Thomas English Muffin
2 Eggs ( in between)
Cheese
Bananna

Coffee


Anything I can do to make it better? I used to drink a protein shake and have a bannana but I was figuring this waas better because I'm bulking. I was guessing this was around 700 calories and 20 grams of protein w/ 3 bcaas and vitamins
Currently Bulking Big Time:

Started 9-7 @ 147 lbs

Goal - To not stop bulking until spring and gain at least 3 lbs a month

if your truely bulking that isnt enough food

maybe add a protein shake on to that with a big scoop of peanutbutter

make the english muffin whole wheat add another slice of cheese, or maybe a couple eggwhites

Oatmeal?It has lots of benefits.Add a little cinnamon to make it even better .

Thing is I have hardly any time.

 You think If I had the englsih muffin w/ 2 eggs and cheese and a bannana + a protein shake + a coffee?

that is better then what you are eating now


your 147lbs dude, just eat, eat and eat


make a protein shake before you go to bed.. use milk/protein powder and peanutbutter anything else you want to add for calories, just dirnk it on your way out in the morning
