1 whole egg and 2 egg whites... scrambled add spices if you want. 1, 2.5 oz can of tuna drained.. toco style cheese or shredded sharp cheddar salsa just mix up all the ingredients and slap it on a wheat tortilla. i'm not sure of the macros, i was looking for something fast to eat last night and i just made this up. and its pretty damn good. just use fit day for the macros.
