Well I started working out round Christmas last year and went from 220(dec) to 195(mar.) im 5'10". Then from april till now I started bulking and am now round 208. I am currently doing a four day split upper 2 days and lower 2 days. At the beginning of next month a plan on doing a cut and start doing some boxing training with a friend. I am planning on losing 20 pounds in the next 3 months. This is what a plan on doing: Run 4 miles 2x week Spin class 1x week 3 day split: legs, chest and tris, back and bi's boxing training 3x week Abs daily Main my goals and to lose weight, increase my stamina, and learn how to box. Any ideas on what I should be doing to become a better boxer?. This is just my plan of there is a better ways to train for boxing i am open to suggestions. Dont really need help with diet when I was cutting earlier this year I talked to a nutrionalist at my school and she helped me come up with a well blanced diet.
