I am not Linda but i know of a good book

The one i use shows the muscles worked in every exercise you can think of. Very detailed in that respect. There are two versions... one called 'strength training anatomy' and the other called 'Womens strength training anantomy' both by Frederic Delavier. I personally just have the normal one so see which is best for you. It only cost me $35AU.

This link shows you the book and a little description of it.

Good luck!!

Hey Gams, Sorry for the delay, but I did not forget this post, it has been waiting in my inbox ......I am competing in 3 weeks and I just got a new puppy a few weeks ago so it has been hard to sit down and catch up but anyway, the puppy is a separate post which I will get to when I get a chance, and I am a happy owner of 3 dogs now.
Anyway, I am not sure when you say bodybuilding if you mean competitive type books or in the literal sense of a book to help build the body but no neccesarily to compete?
I liked Cory Eversons Fit and Fat Free also from Human Kinetics there is a book I was in which is a great training for women type booked called 'Sculpting Her Body Perfect'.  And for deep old schoolers there is Arnolds book, its like an old school bible.  Some if his ideas or outdated or nuts but overall there is good info.
I have an ebook out which has a 30 day training and meal plan program toward fat loss for women but it also helps with tone.  so it depends on exactly what your bodybuilding goals are and what you are refering to when using that term.  Hope that helps though!
Linda
