nice gym room you got there, BF I'd say maybe 18%? I'd say work on shoulders but kinda hard to tell until your a little more cut, you got great base to work with though.

I'd work on getting cut I'd go a bit lower virtuoso, probably around 15ish right now, not too shabby, you're getting there :)

He looked around 16-18ish I would say, but your right he does have a great base. You look pretty good, I dont know what your goal is but I would maybe bulk up a bit more and then cut. I think your doing well, but if I had to pick I would say work on your arms, rear delts and back.
