Let me start off by saying that you look great. How did the trainer measure your bodyfat? I would just go to GNC or anohter health food store and get a good set of calipers and measure it yourself. This way, you can track your progress.

You can get good ones for around $20. I know there was an old thread that had a link to amazon.com where there are a few nice ones. I would try typing body fat calipers in the search on this site and you should be able to find so good info. Good luck.

He's around 13%. And you can if training properly as well as eating (I'm a big purveyor of the non 'it's 90% diet', it's not, it's 60% at most) you can gain around 2lbs per week still.
