In theory you just need to lose fat weight to lose Bodyfat.
Of course when cutting you lose muscle mass too.
There is no general rule, but usually the less carbs and more protein you have, the more fat you lose and more muscle you maintain
The more carbs and less protein you have, you lose fat slower and lose muscle a bit too.

That is one weird question.

Answer: The more weight you lose the less your body fat will be.

If you are really fat, then you have to lose weight just like everyone else by doing PROPER diet and so on. But, if you are some what buff and got a belly or something else, then all you have to do is burn fat, which will give great shape.

the more FAT weight you lose the less your body fat will be

example

250lbs 10% fat

thats 25lbs of fat and 225lbs of lean weight

If you then lose it to 240lbs of water and muscle weight from having 3 weeks of seriously bad flu etc and you still carry the same AMOUNT of fat (25lbs) then your BF% actually rises, in this case to (2.4lbs=1%, we have 25lbs so 10% goes to 24lbs, and the other lbs will be 0.4%, therefore making BF to 10.4%)

In order to lose BF% you need to either
A)gain more lean mass
B)Maintain mass/lose mass while losing fat mass at a faster rate

Remember this is in the context of percentages only, gaining loads of Lean mass actually keeps your BF AMOUNT the same, but because more lean mass is contributing to OVERALL mass the PERCENTAGE of it changes.

Sorry for the capitals i know they can sound patronising, im merely trying to save time than putting [ b] wording [/ b] into everything because im lazy lol.

If you just drop in overall bodyweight from poor dieting, its more likely to be in muscle, which will actually increase your BF% amount.

No stupid questions... allowed.

Hypnotised to realise that this surprise will end in demise in front of your eyes. Shining with lies you sent your spies, spat your alibies and your words rotted, rotted and attracted flies. Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

What is lean mass?

Your body weight which is NOT fat.
If you are 200lbs at 10% BF, you have 20 lbs of fat, 180lbs LBM
