hey fellows..
I just turned 19, have been lifting for an year.
recently i started to increase the amount of weights and reps. since then i have been experiencing
Tremors in my legs, shoulders and arms. (basicly when i am sitting on a table and relax my legs, i feel vibrations at the hamstrings or some other parts of body..)
just wondering if any one had experienced, and are they just temporary?
when i checked online (if they are symptoms for any disese)
the list is
Parkinson's disease, (too young for this)
multiple sclerosis,
fatigue after exercise, (A PROBABLE CAUSE)
extreme emotional distress,
metabolic abnormalities
alcohol or drug withdrawal blah ....
so is it just fatigue, so i dont have nothing to worry about? or some thing serious.
