I can't get mine above 7%. In fact, for the past 3 months it's been between 4 and 6%, never gone above 6. It may sound good, but I want to get fat, so I can cut. It's no fun if you don't have to cut.

lookin pretty good toolman. prtty damn ripped. maybe try a weight gainer, or eat until you cant eat anymore. or try eating alot right before you go to bed, and or cut down your protein intake. those things may help you gain weight.

All I do is 3 sets of 20-25 real crunches just like Stan shows you in the following link. I do it once a twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I don't know how, but it's built my abs up and kept the more ripped than that photo over there. But if this doesn't work for you alone, then incorporate it with some other abdominal exercises, like leg raises or machine crunches. <----- http://webcast.bodybuilding.com/fitshow/prolab/prolab_wm.htm
