can you do body weight exersizes ecery day?...also leg_beast i was wandering what exactly is flax seed like what does it do and what are the benefits for lifting?also can ot help you put on wieght?

Check out this site(below). I don't think it helps with lifting, or if it helps you with putting on weight. I take it to raise metabolism, helps with weight loss, and blood pressure(not sure if it is the flax seed or what but my bp is 115/67, so it's pretty good). Having a 26% bf it helps. Actually I've heard that flax seed shortens recovery time, so it might help with building muscle. http://www.essortment.com/all/whatisflaxsee_pfy.htm
