Which  brand is better? I hear theyare both good resulting creatines and proteins that are cheap but which one is beter?

also what kind of creatine are they? (mono,CEE,etc?)

And do  they cause alot of water weight?

if they are cheap.....monohydrate, and yes you will gain water weight as the creatine draws water and nutrients to the muscles

actually bodyfortress upped there protein and creatine supps instead of just mono it has a couple more forms of creatine in it same cheap price go for it
bench - 305 lbs
squat - 505 lbs
dead - 550 lbs
only with a belt i dont care for suits

Fortress and Six Star are cheap and probably work just as well as the more expensive brands. However, they are both very high in sugar. You should try buying some plain creatine, mix it in with some waxy maize. (carbs) post workout. This will cause an insulin spike so you wont need the sugar, no bloating either. I have had some good results by doing this. If you stick with your current creatine I would only take it pre or post workout because of the sugar.
