body fat chart - Wednesday, June 24, 2009 5:13 PM ( #1 )
Is this correct:

Age: 32
Sex: Male
Neck: 16.5"
Waist: 34"
Height: 69"

Bodyfat: 16%

Got this from: http://www.build-muscle-and-burn-fat.com/body-fat-calculator.html

If that's the case my scale at my house is saying 24% bodyfat. Which is more likely to be correct?

The only accurate way of measuring is bodyfat clippers.

That makes sense cause all bodyfat sites online tell me something different.

I can safety say I'm 16% bodyfat at the highest then. If you did it, and yours is lower and you know that.

My home scale says 31% bodyfat, online scales say 15% and my bodyfat clippers say 22%.
