Here is the best price I have found to date for good cheap accurate calipers:

The links in my signature for gaining mass and losing fat have info on using the caliper (near the bottom) ..plus they have a link to images of the places to take the measurements on your body and a plug in page that gives you the results...if you have ANY questions about using the caliper, or how to get the most from it, let me know!
