Muscle Milk or Syntha-6 at night or cottage cheese or both

pre-ON 100% Whey and post

look into creatine Storm,Cellmass or Sizeon, Creatine is perfectly safe no matter who tells you diff.

don't have to but look into a NOS product

some advice from a D-end and right guard and maybe future running back add in some whey protein into your water or gatorade it will help with support on muscles and faster recovery
and reduces muscle fatigue

Post your training program and diet in detail. Supplements are the last thing you need to worry about.
If you can bench press more than you can squat you should be ashamed.

I played inside linebacker all the way through high school and was 2nd team all state my senior year. linebacker is all about leg power and agility with as much size as possible. line backer is a hard position to play.

Everyone want's to hurt the linebacker since they have the rep to usually be the strongest on the team you must be tough and strong and smart lineabker's have to sometimes drop back into coverage of a tight end or sometimes the best is when you blitz must be very nimble on your feet

And maybe even be a little crazy never hurts wnat to hurt the other team football is alot of mental stay pumped and mad and you will dominate
SQUATS and POWER CLEAN are your friends

It's getting kind of late in preseason to be trying to add weight. At this point I would just work on the mental/skill aspects of your game and worry about gaining weight after season. Because it's very hard to gain weight with the intensity during season and even if you do gaining weight usually sacrifices speed.

And you shouldn't have to worry about supps anyway. Just eat a lot of whole foods, chicken, turkey, fish...
