stick with the free weight exercises
they are the best mass builders
also maybe cheat curls
use a weight that you can curl for 5 or 6 reps then cheat with some body english for another 2 or so reps
just use this to gain some mass then knock off the extra weight to gain form back
use the dumbbell and barbell curls for compound, incline or preachers for a stretch, and concetration for peak
positions of flexion routines are great for huge gains in a short amount of time
If weightlifting was easy, everyone would do it

You gotta lift BIG, to get BIG

Doesn't matter how much you lift but how you lift it

concentric
the positive part of the repetition, when you raise the weight. A contraction in which there's a shortening of the muscle.

eccentric
the negative part of the repetition, when you lower the weight. Contraction in which there's lengthening of a muscle.

the fastest way...or the optimum way...sleep at least 8 hours a night, eat lot of protein (have really good food entry), train normaly...doing bicep 3 times a weeks won't help at all. stretch and drink water....creatine might give you a boost if you need one

because overtraining doesn't help muscle grow.
don't do more than 9-10 set per muscle groups...bottom line.
hints that can affect a muscle training
- tempo
- how many reps
- how heavy
- the form
- rest time
- stretching...

tell me if you need more infos

Incline DB Curls will pack on size real quick, single arm DB preachers are the best for overall size, you'll notice a nice preak with the inclines. Goodluck bro.
