sounds like you may have ripped a part of you're chest muscle (although when i did that when i was younger it was agony and i had a constant pain for around 6 - 12 weeks).  I Strongly Suggest You Go See A Doctor, You Don't Want to End Up Making It Worse, Do You?

Going to the doctor may or may not help. If u jus wait for like 4 weeks on ur own and save the money then you'll be fine. But if u think its real serious then go.

Personally I wouldnt...doctors are to cautious.

i have insurance, that is not a problem. about this being serious?  i hope not, i will be so happy, but i never experienced anything like that before i dont know. one thing for sure is that the snap felt like something brock inside, and yet today is day 3 and i dont feel any pain just a slight one if i do sertin moves. and a small swelling at the end between my throat and upper chest. when i reserched online anybody who experienced what i had said that the muscle got ripped. i blame myself for never  knowing that things like that can happen,  im worried about the fact if i cant work out for a wile and loose anything i worked for
i heard that some guy ripped a muscle and after 3 months he went to the doctor, the doc told em that he couldnt do much now cause he came way to late.
