big 100 bars? - Sunday, September 16, 2007 7:25 AM
i want to add a protein bar in every once in a while, if im out at night and cant get a decent meal or even if im really hungry in between classes? i had a big 100 bar last night and it tasted great would u guys say this is a good bar?

Good amount of protein. Has alot of fat and sugars. Much better bars out there than that one. I like Lean Body Gold.

This is more of a meal replacement bar also, If you are just looking for a protein bar, you can find other bars that sit around 20-30 g of protein.  If you are looking for a meal replacement, you're there.  Some better options at better prices also.

i eat the big 100 colossal (no jokes please) once in a while but i try to save it for emergencies. sugar content is just too overwhelming.
