I am proud to say i can now do 100pounds on the pecdec, i could only do 90 a week ago :). Yeaa. Its in letters A-Q each 10 pounds. So i can do J. But hopefully ill beable to do M soon.which would be 120. Just felt like braggin lol. My chest is alot harder now then it was too. O and i do have a question though lol, for some reason my biceps arent getting any bigger, they are fairly big already, but i do want them bigger. They got alot bigger from when i started working out...But now they are staying the same size! i started working out seriously in the summer(worked out on and off before that but not much, and dident eat healthy). They got a little bigger, when i took creatine, but i havent taken it for a week,So i lost some water retention from that. Well if anyone has some suggestions it would be most appreciated.

My biceps must have doubled in size when I started working out and then slowed down to a near stop after that. Why? My guess is you need to give them some more variety and probably more protein in your diet. Other than that, just try to find some satisfaction in them and allow the rest of your body to catch up.

I agree with Quarter, also biceps are a fairly small muscle compaired to say your chest or back, so they tend to grow a little quicker mine did also.

try a new exercise by either replacing your current bicep exercise or adding it with it. also work on your triceps too cause biceps really quite dont make big arms, they just sort of poke out the front.

youre 5'3 right bousa? can you get a measurements of your arm? someone your height a 15 inch arm would look damn big, and id say for your height it wouldnt be possible to naturally get arms bigger than 16 inches (push 17 if you really train damn hard)on your frame. Variation should work we use our arms all the time-they build quickly when we start weight training because theyre not used to that pressure-now they are, variate the exercises, make them harder etc

Guy's tend to get very comfortable with certain bicep exercises and dont change them. Switch your bicep exercises, try new ones, change them every 2 weeks. Dont find one that you like and stick with it. Do supersets once in a while, do 21's once in a while, do heavy weights (5reps) once in a while.

okay, try doing close grip barbell curls w/o cheating, and have someone to give u some assisted reps.ALso try trisets for biceps: For example-cheating barbell curls 8 reps preacher curls 8 reps concentration curls 12 reps I guess u know what trisets are, but in case you don't..3 exercises above make up a triset, w/o rest in between Maybe you can try to keep your wrist straight and not flex your wrist on a curl. A lot of people curl their wrist upwards to reduce the torque applied to the biceps instinctually when tired.Avoid this.
