flexing abs, no sucking stomach in or anything, as u can see theres a small amount of lower abdominal/obliques fat that is keeping the bottom two from popping out, i just want to lose that little bit than i will be happy forever! its true being ripped is so much better! im at a solid 177, i want to get down to about 174 and maintain

I think you look around 10% bodyfat.

hard to tell with the lighting but I'd say definitely 8 or 9

lol im short at 5'8" so i guess that helps, so right around 163lbs of lean mass?

Yeah. I'm 5'9". I think we would look about the same if I was 8%, except my chest isn't as developed as yours. What do you do for chest?

You would look sick at 215lb and 5% body fat. I would too. I'm gonna go for that.

for chest, depending on how im feeling, strength or size...

i do flat bench

135 x 15
185 x 12
225 x 20
225 x 15-18
225 x 10-12

then ill do one set of incline bench

if its a strength day i will do..just flat bench

135 x 15
185 x 8
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5

and then be done with it

reps and weight vary though depending on my energy levels

That's a lot of strength you have at your size. You can rep over 100lbs over your bodyweight for sets of 5, that's highly impressive.

It's pretty good but I am sure that's not as strong as he use to be,  he is a shorter guy his range of motion is far different then a taller person.   On his bulk I am sure he can hit in the 350 range on the flat.   

You look pretty good boi! id say your in the 8 - 9 % range.  I like how vascular you are.  You got that main vein in the shoulder like me that runs all the way down your bicep also haha! I love that thing man lol. 
 
I was always pretty impressed by you.  But I think from exactly where you are at you could bulk to 190 then cut all the way down to 170lbs and you would be a beast.  Maybe even 165 lbs.   Looking good!!! Can't wait to see ya in like 3 more years!

Dude-you gotta be the strongest point guard out there....must kill them on the full court press.   Very impressive, always like to see your updates and they give me incentive.  Congrats!

There is no way you are any more than 8-9.  Most people won't show abs at 10% at all. Based on that picture I would say 8.

yea ever since i started cutting and deiting down ive been getting so many more veins and cuts, i have a whole bunch going from my ankles to my calves, arms, chest..etc

Impressive lifts and physique. I would say you are at around 9%.

current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)
