Cardio, calorie deficient diet with proper macronutrient ratio, big compound excercises to retain or increase LBM, and wait for the overall BF% to drop!

Bad news- There's no way to spot reduce, or lose weight from a certain place on your body, despite all the misinformation out there saying you can. All those commercials about different ab machines, for example, telling you you can lose that gut and get a six pack just by using their machine for twenty minutes a day- Full of crap. The body burns fat from wherever it likes, usually leaving the fat around the abs for last. It's just how the body works. The real key to losing fat is through proper nutrition and cardio- If you get your diet straight and do some jogging two or three times a week, you should see improvement all over soon enough. ohhh okay see cause ive got alot of muscle on my upper body and it looks good yeah but my legs are sorta getting abit big so i just thought you could loose the weight by like jogging. if i do jojjing for example will i loose my uperbody muscle?

common misconception that you will lose LBM from Cardio. If you keep up with heavy weights, your LBM should stay pretty constant. However, if you do excessive cardio, avoid the weights, and starve yourself, say byebye to your muscles.

Definitely. As long as you're eating right, you shouldn't see too much muscle loss. However, most people really don't get enough calories in their system- Have you checked out the link I gave you, found out how many calories you really need yet? And let me guess- You're not working out your lower body, are you?
