I been using No Xplode, Cellmass, and Glutamine sr for about 2 weeks now I have noticed more energy in the gym from the No-xplode, and my shoulder which has been hurting for a few months is starting to feel much better i'm not sure if the Glut has anything to do with it. I also use Muscle Milk and 100% Whey Protien. as time goes on I'll know whether or not these sups help me out.
