They have one at Wal-Mart. I can't remember the brand right now for the life of me, but it's like 5 bucks for 6 of them, and they have 0-2g of sugar depending on the flavor, and they taste damn good too.

ORIGINAL: SexyVixenSF I have tried a couple of bars most of em I get one of the three problems Tastes like arse has a gritty, sandy taste is like chewing on leather Cept Tiger Milk Bars aint like that... Dont know if they are the best for ya but here are the stats on em 140 cals/1 bar 50 fat cals protein 5g total carb 19g (<1g fiber/13g sugars) potassium 115mg total fat 5g (sat 2g/trans fat 0) 0 cholest. 80mg sodium if u wanna know the vitamins just ask I got the wrapper in front of me LOL Those bars are a sad excuse for a protein bar. 13g of sugar is rediculous, I'd rather drink a redbull. I'm assuming you're from America, go to Wal-Mart and look at the bars they have there, the ones I was talking about advertise on the front in the bottom right corner of the box about the sugar content. A protein bar with high sugar is nothing more than an expensive candy bar.

So I stick with food and powder.

i get the southbeach diet chocolate/pb protein bars. i think myoplex makes some of the best tasting protein bars.. but they're usually more expensive. always look at the following content on protein bars. 1.) sugar (you want this to be LOW) 2.) fat (want this to be LOW) 3.) protein (want this to be HIGH) 4.) calories (this number really depends on whether you're bulking or cutting, cutting = lower, bulking = higher)
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

The bars I recommend are I think there called BIG100 with red label. Cookie dough is a great flavor, they are rough of the sugar side though...

Cookie dough is a great flavor, they are rough of the sugar side though... this is something you should be careful about. those bars are 400 cals and some containf HFCS while others dont. also the sugar content in those is somewhere around 40g if im not mistaking. The same company just put out the line of protein brownies. it contains a little less sugar. 30g protien and a good amount of healthy fats.
