Agree with Bulking. I am going to be taking Animal Pak on top of Stak, so we will see how that goes.

he said he didnt want horse pills...dont get animal pak, eventhough it is a good product. Try ON optimen. Maverick- why are you going to take stak? it probably wont do anything at all for you. I would do M-stak if anything. I thought it was an ok product.

Redjeep I noticed youre taking animal stack AND Animal Flex. What is animal flex, and do you see an added benefit over the original Animal pak?

ORIGINAL: bulkingup Redjeep I noticed youre taking animal stack AND Animal Flex. What is animal flex, and do you see an added benefit over the original Animal pak? animal flex is for joint support. I would recommend ON optimen if you do not like horse pills. With optimen you can spread the 3 pills through out the day and each pill contains all the same vitamins unlike animal pak. I take optimen off days and animal pak on training days.

Then get just a tribulus supp. I dont know how much it will do for you, might have more energy but I doubt your test is low.

ORIGINAL: bulkingup Redjeep I noticed youre taking animal stack AND Animal Flex. What is animal flex, and do you see an added benefit over the original Animal pak? Animal flex is a joint supplement. I have found that I am not as sore in my joints after real heavy days, expecially deads and squats. I need to be more consitent with taking it though to be positive. It is fairly cheap for 44 packs and if you have joint pain I would say it is worth a shot.
