 best form of creatine

what is the best form of creatine to start out with as a begginer. would it be plain creatine monohydrate or a more advanced supp. such as cell tech.

oh ok. thanks for the input.  Im only on Protein right now, no other supps.

Go Monohydrate (Cell-Tech has to many simple sugar carbs). Just grab some GNC Mono (or any kind thats not expensive) mix with water an follow directions for loading and matenience on the jar.

the powder doesnt have a taste...so its not nasty, at least to me
