ORIGINAL: localoutoftowner Powder. Optimum Nutrition has a good BCAA powder. I agree, most BCAA pills are huge, and cost more in the long run

I can get OPtimum nutrition BCAA's 200 pills around $12 not bad at all. Take 6 a day they will last you awhile.

i dunno about ids.....but i do like xtend. perfect 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine.

Pills are your best beat I think. They might cost a few more bucks but they are more convienent and easy to swallow. Also most powders taste like sh!t.
