In my experience close-grip bench and Overhead tricep extensions have been golden. Too many people use bad form on cable pressdowns and use too much help from their shoulders by letting the eccentric movement go too high, then they just use momentum for reps. I personally have started doing tricep extensions using an incline bench to meet halfway between overhead and skull crushers, it feels great for me and I also do my close grip bench on a decline bench to take stress from my shoulders and tri's and put it more onto the tri's. The triceps is a larger muscle, it's the 3 headed muscle on the back of your arm. The 3 different heads are affected by different movements which is why there are so many triceps exercise positions. overhead positions work different muscles than pressdowns. The biceps is the 2 headed muscle on the front of the arm. It is much harder to isolate the different heads of the biceps but you can do exercises that put a little more strain on one than the other. In the question as to which is stronger, the triceps is stronger than the biceps. I hope this helps some

I'm kind of unsure off hand and a little too tired and sore to get up and check lol.(leg day was today) But I'll do what I can Overhead triceps Hit the long head and a but of the medial head (inside of arm) and are wonderful due to the stretch that it gives. Triceps kickbacks are great for the medial head. Pressdowns, and CG bench are good for overall, but rope pulldowns work the lateral head because of the pulling. dips behind the back works the lower region of the triceps along with the medial head. To anyone who wants the width to their triceps I HIGHLY suggest doing overhead extensions, they added a great dimension to my arms and didn't take very long to develope. You will always hear me sing the praises of overhead triceps extensions in almost all posts as I believe they are absolutley necissary. Whether done with barbell, E-Z curl, or dumbells they are important. If you have access to a machine use that first to get the feel and always keep elbows as forward as you can. Then move on to E-Z curl bar and an upright seated bench. Another very neat option that I really enjoy and do religiously is incline triceps extensions. It's a mix between skull crushers and overheads, I still say do a set of each of the other two but the inclines are great for overall. Just make sure the elbows extend and not flare them out to move the weight. Good luck

OOPS forgot about your bi's It's very very hard to seperate the heads of the bi's. Turning the wrist out hits out head and any close grip barbell/E-Z url curls. another great way is to use the rope on the cables and when you curl up pull out on the rope. Inner head is the easier one to hit normal/wide grip barrbell/E-Z curls hit inner. To concentrate on the Brachialis Use hammer curls, reverse curls, and to an extent preachers, preachers are great because they isolate the Bi's. preachers also hit the lower portion of the bi's a little bit better than the upper. Concentration curls DONE RIGHT will hit the upper. Sorry that was so quick but I needed to prepare my food for tomorrow and hit the hay. Happy arm building
