So last week I did all my sets and reps last week at this weight 3x6@235 3x3@265. So my workout tells me that I raise the sets to 240-265. So I bump it to that and today I rep it off and do 2x6@240, 1x5@240, 1x2@265, 2x3@250. I dont get that. I mean could this be a factor of many things? I dint have a big breakfast (like i usually do), i wasnt used to the equipment, I ususally dont lift that early in the morning, my uncle told me that all the new weights tick on the heavy side. I mean I dont think its that Im plateauing becasue last time I did 225 9 times after my sets but then this time I did 8. So I also think that is some things that I mentioned. BUt I could use some comments to make me feel better if im right Smile

your test levels are highest in the morning. just letting you know this because high test equals more power usually.

Thats a very good idea. I sometimes feel like I have trouble in getting psyched. I'll try this technique of yours.

About a month ago I was weightlifting for football, and i forgot my lunch so i didn't eat lunch.  ( i eat at 5 a.m. and had practice at 3)  I have a really fast metablism and i didn't have as much strength as i usasualy did.  So meals do factor in when lifting or anything physical.
