Incline Bench Press 8-10 reps 3 sets
Decline Bench Press 15-20 reps 3 sets
flyes or machine flyes 10-12 reps 3 sets

try that for 3 months for Pecs.

do it once or twice a week

one thing that im a firm believer in is changing up what you do. This is why i only set days for what bodyparts I do. I never go in knowing what reps or how many sets or what weight.

This allows me to change up what my body encounters. Which is one reason why people change there workouts.
