I started out with what you have now. Also started at 58kg. Didnt get any real gains until i joined a gym though . But you gotta start some where! Id just train at home for a couple of months and if your still keen then join a gym.

tbh you don't have enough to start with from home, sign up to a gym.

If you want to make your muscles better, you have to subject them to stress they would not normally endure. So if muscles get bigger and stronger by experiencing new stressors, maybe your mind will get stronger by going into that gym and just doing it. Or you can just stay comfortable, shy, and never improve.

Yeah these big guys didnt just walk into the gym for the first time being huge. They all started some where. I personally actually have alot of respect for the small guys busting there arse in the gym! Just make sure you have read the diet and training stickies and you wont be small for long.
