I lost some guttage definately. I think I may continue to cut when I come back.

I dont see much of a difference either but when bf % is that high its harder to tell I guess. Just keep at it. I think your next bulk will go alot better if you start at a lower percentage. Lower bf means a better ratio of muscle/fat gain.

I'd keep cutting until that bf gets under 15% for a guy I'd even say 13%. 20+ just isn't healthy. But be prepared. You lose strength on a cut. It just happens. But don't fret, it'll all come back when you start eating big again.

Believe me, my strength has taken a huge drop since I cut the cals. I struggled with 385 x 1 for deadlift the other day. I struggle with 265 x 5 for squats. Bleh...It sucks a**. But I agree with you all that I should get my bodyfat down. I definately have a much flatter gut then I did before, but it's not obvious from the pics.

What kind of cardio work are you doing now?

How much weight did you actually drop? I only see a small difference. How are things going? are you still "cutting" and doing cardio?

aha, found them. Bri there is a difference but man you look unhealthy, your face shows it... although you look better all round in the new pics! I definitely think you should keep cutting, or clean it up you'll look a beast at 12% and under for sure.

Lol, I did nothing but drink and eat crappy food for 8 days. I got a nice gut back. I'll burn it off quick though.

I don't think anyone is supposed to eat healthy on a cruise, gotta gain atleast 10 lbs to make the cruise worth it.

Thanks dude. It's MMA - mixed martial arts. It's basically just boxing, muai thai kickboxing, wrestling, brazillian ju jitsu, and a bit of judo. The main focus is on boxing and wrestling though as far as basics are concerned. The conditioning is where the weight loss came from.
