i did T-100 for a while, and im now using ANIMAL STAK......of the two, id have to give hands down to T-100, all except for the price. Animal stak has brought me back to where i was at. Once i stopped "doin it" u guys know what i mean....so things are great once again...and im probably doin best ive ever been doin...i got an OFF CYCLE week comin then ill follow up with ANIMAL M-STAK....and my diet in the past week and a half has been HIGH PROTEIN..and i feel that its the FOOD that has givin me the edge....keep that in mind!
