cottage cheese FTMF'in WIN!!    minimal carbs,  high in casein protein..      if you can stomach it, i suggest you go this route

Pumping the iron, moving the lead.  I hope all the attention I get doesn't go to my head.

packers4...

why cytogainer before bed??  it's LOADED with carbs.. it's a meal replacement.    my suggestion is you stop the cyto before bed, and just get some ON casein for before bed.   the cyto can be used during the day....

i'm an ecto too, but i have a feeling you're going down the wrong path by using cyto before bed

Damm..I was going to buy Cassein but I heard a lot of bad things about it and I bought Cytogainer instead. Well I guess peanut butter and cottage cheese would be good rigght?

And also how much cottage cheese you guys have...like 1 cup?

i was about to comment on it too, but you beat me to it

packers, you're young right now, and it's probably not hurting you because your metabolism is so high.  but cytogainer before bed is not your healthiest alternative......

WEll...a longg time ago acutally I went to Vitamin shoppe and I remember the guy telling me take cytogainer before bed...but I didin't really do it because of that since most of people at Vitamin Shoppe and GNc are retards.

Anyways I'll have cytogainer for breakfast (has carbs, protein, and everything a breakfast requires) for now on and have cottage cheese and peanut butter before bed.

And as far as Cassein protein a lot of people on hear and that I talked to said it didnt mix easily and tasted horrible. Besidse I don't need it if I have cottage cheese. Also how much cottage cheese do you guys have?
